MEXICAN MIXED PEBBLES

FLAVOUR PROFILE: Oily & coastal
BOTTLE NOTE: “Morning coffee listening to the waves on the pebble beach before we had granola with smoked oats, chocolate and Mexican style melon balls.”
THE SWEET KISS OF LEATHER SPLINTERS
INITIAL CASK: Ex-bourbon hogshead
FINAL CASK: 2nd fill heavy toast, medium char hogshead
AGE: 8 years
FLAVOUR PROFILE: Juicy, oak & vanilla
BOTTLE NOTE: “A sense of caramelized barley, rich natural sweetness, breads, beers and many tertiary complexities abound in this hugely satisfying dram.”
