This 12-year-old powerhouse is “the big mama of Irish whiskey,” as David Othenin-Girard puts it, the marriage of bourbon, sherry, and Malaga wine casks resulting in “one of the richest Irish whiskies on the market,” according to David’s colleague Andrew Whiteley.
