Ardnamurchan Single Malt AD 10.21:06 Description
The sixth edition batch from the west coast distiller is here! AD10.21:06 is a deliciously sweet and smoky single malt from the Ardnamurchan peninsula; the most westerly part of mainland Britain. Just like the previous batch, this is made with a 50:50 blend of peated and unpeated barley and matured in 65% bourbon casks and 35% sherry casks. The nose opens with toasted marshmallows over an open fire, ripe pears and salt air. The palate follows with notes of poached autumnal fruits, chocolate, heather peat smoke and a savoury salinity.
