As we’re exploring game-changing food pairings this month, we thought it was a perfect time to unveil this special bottling from the depths of our warehouses.

Cask No. 76.148: Grilled lemon-garlic elk steak is an Old & Dignified bottling packed full of intriguing foodie-inspired tasting notes. Rum-soaked Caribbean black cake, sugary rosemary, green figs in armagnac syrup and elk steak seared in a cast iron skillet – the culinary adventure is endless!

This aged beauty spent 30 years in an ex-bourbon hogshead before being transferred to a first fill oloroso hogshead for a further two years. To experience this once-in-a-lifetime whisky, you can own yours at 2pm today.

Please note that due to the rare nature of this bottling, availability is limited and restricted to one per member. We have created this whisky to be enjoyed and shared by our members so if you are lucky enough to get your hands on it, please do so and don’t flip it.
