We are very pleased to announce our latest exclusive whisky – a single cask bottling from Tel Aviv distiller Milk & Honey. It was distilled in 2017 and bottled this year after being matured in a refill American-oak bourbon barrel that used to hold smoky spirit from the south coast of Islay. The result is a whisky that brings together the pioneering Israeli distiller’s fruity spirit with a gently maritime smokiness from the cask to create a well-balanced and multi-layered dram with stacks of fruit, spice and soft peat smoke.
