Hailing from the north west of London, Bimber take a traditional and hand-crafted approach to creating their single malt. Limited to 920 bottles, this is matured in first-fill bourbon with a finish in oloroso sherry casks imparting notes of raisins and cinnamon spice to compliment their tropical, fruit forward spirit.
