For centuries, Coopers have been skilfully crafting the casks that come to store Whisky for distilling. The art of making these casks is passed down from generation to generation and has been done since the middle ages. The Cooper’s Choice range of whiskies is selected from Scotland’s finest distilleries in homage to the Cooper.

The Cooper’s Choice range has won numerous awards for their innovative and creative cask maturations and finishes. These extremely limited expressions frequently become only 300 finished bottles.
