Created using a 4,000 year old process called Nixtamalization. This 100% corn whisky is double distilled in traditional copper pots, then aged in a combination of fresh and refill American oak casks. A tribute to the heirloom nature of corn in and from Mexico, delivering its presence and rather lovely taste to the world stage! Also! Nixta Corn Liqueur! The same process and mash as the whisky, but with a lower ABV and has the addition of a clarified corn mash. Sweet, indulgent and just the right amount of savoury alcohol to contrast the sweetness!
