The liquid within this release is from the extremely popular 2008 release of Tobermory 15YO. In 2014, the spirit was transferred into Gonzales Byass casks, and bottled this year for this stunning release. Having tasted this last night, we can confirm it is lovely Tobermory, salted toffee, fudge, caramelised walnuts with a subtle salty undercurrent, all in all a fantastic release.
