Howard Cai Select releases Grand Islay Peat & Sherry Single Cask range from Bowmore

Distilled in 1998 at Islay’s famous Bowmore Distillery and aged in Sherry Casks for 21 years within the walls of the legendary No. 1 Vaults, these whiskies are exclusively available at Howard Cai Select.

While each of the eight single casks has unique characteristics, they all share a robust peat profile, with complicated Sherry notes, rounded by the Hebridean sea air.

The whisky was then non-chill filtered and bottled keeping the spirits natural rich, deep colour. With a wonderfully long and delightful finish, this range of single casks results in a truly magical experience.

Plus, to celebrate the Year of the Rat, four of the casks were treated with traditional Chinese zodiac imagery.
