Modern whisky emerged in Scotland and Ireland more than 400 years ago and the knowledge of its production was carried to the USA in its early days. Ever since, those three countries have dominated whisky and their production techniques have helped create whiskies around the world.
Whisky writer and host Dave Broom will be joined by three of the most influential whisky makers from Ireland, the USA and Scotland to talk whisky and taste some expressions they have specially selected.
