This signature 12-year-old single malt is non-chill filtered and matured exclusively in first-fill sherry casks, creating a rich and complex profile. Layers of fruitcake are complemented by vibrant notes of raspberry and orange, while freshly cracked black pepper and a subtle hint of smoke add depth and balance to the finish.
Nose Spiced cinnamon buns and stewed raisins with ginger, butterscotch and hints of citrus and cocoa.
Palate Rich fruitcake with vibrant raspberry and orange, followed by cracked pepper and gentle smoke.
Finish Spice with lingering blackcurrant, subtle menthol and a touch of smoke.
