The new Isle of Harris Single Malt Whisky now sits proudly alongside The Hearach and our Oloroso cask-matured drams in our family of island-made spirits. It brings together a different balance of sherry and bourbon-matured spirit, with Oloroso sherry casks more to the fore. The whiskies used in the recipe are also slightly older, at around seven to eight years of age.

Expect rich notes of butterscotch, cherry, caramel and gentle spice, balanced by our signature dry, flinty character and a subtle hint of peat smoke. Non-chill filtered and with no artificial colouring, this is a dram designed to be poured, shared and enjoyed rather than simply kept and collected.
