Glenfiddich brings the unseen worlds of their visionary minds into reality, unveiling their ability to see beyond the ordinary, beyond the conventional-beyond the visible.
A masterfully balanced marriage of whiskies influenced by first fill bourbon barrels, and the finest wine and fortified wine casks. At its heart lies Glenfiddich’s signature fruitiness, gently sweetened by a finish in bourbon barrels, then deepened and drawn outward through marrying with specially selected whiskies, each fully matured or finished in four distinct types of casks: Port pipes, Oloroso sherry casks, wine casks and a final, delicate whisper of Fino sherry butts.
With each passing layer, richness gathers and unfolds-silken, oaky, assured-until the flavour once imagined stands fully revealed in the glass.
Colour Deep golden amber with copper, bronze and polished mahogany reflections. The colour suggests a greater level of wine and fortified-wine influence than the brighter first release.
Nose Rich stewed fruit appears first, accompanied by a lighter floral top note.
Palate Creamy and sweet.
Finish Warm, woody and progressively dry.
(Glen-FID-ick) Glenfiddich is one of Scotland’s most iconic single malt Scotch whiskies, founded in 1887 by William Grant in Dufftown, Speyside. The name means “Valley of the Deer” in Gaelic, a symbol that still appears on every bottle. Remarkably, the distillery has remained family-owned for over 130 years, making it one of the largest and most successful independent Scotch producers.
