This single malt was distilled in 2014 at the Aberlour Distillery in the Speyside region of Scotland. It was matured for 11 years, including the last two years in a single first-fill European oak Oloroso Sherry butt.  It was bottled by James Eadie for their Distilleries of Great Britain and Ireland Collection at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
