This exceptional expression takes everything you love about our Classic Cask Islay and turns up the depth, richness and intensity. Matured in a combination of 1st fill Oloroso sherry butts and 1st fill Oloroso sherry barriques, it delivers a powerful marriage of bold smoky Islay character and sweet sherry influence. Enjoy flavours of: Coastal smoke, Orange, Raisin Praline. Bottled at cask strength of 57.3%, non-chill filtered and natural colour.

TASTING NOTES

Colour: Deep Amber

Nose: Blood orange, blackberry and rich coastal smoke.

Palate: Dark cherry, tangy marmalade and caramelised nut praline.

Finish: Long and warming, with spiced bramble jam over gentle ash.
