Introducing the latest release in the series: Distil Your World Paris. The Macallan Master Whisky Maker, Kirsteen Campbell and El Celler de Can Roca chef, Joan Roca, went in search of the essence of the capital of cuisine, Paris, guided by acclaimed chef Anne-Sophie Pic. The experience inspired them to translate the spirit of Paris into a unique single malt whisky and an exceptional menu.

Distil Your World Paris reflects the culture and cuisine that makes Paris so unique with the single malt influenced by an elegant combination of American and European sherry seasoned oak casks, ex bourbon and Cognac oak casks. The result is an exquisite single malt with unmistakable Parisian charm, sandalwood and gentle spices recalling perfumeries, buttery hints of baguette and brioche evoking bakeries, and a cosmopolitan elegance.
