Islay Storm Single Malt Whisky at Tyndrum Whisky – Scotch Whisky News
January 16th, 2026

Islay Storm Single Malt Whisky
Tasting Notes
Nose / Pungent peat smoke, phenolic with a little coastal breeze.
Palate / Lovely sweet peatiness. Some iodine and sea salt balanced with vanilla notes and some spice.
Finish / Waves of Smoke. Fantastic length.
Distilled and Bottled in Scotland, again, much like The Ileach Malt Whisky – an unknown distillery bottling. Bottle style is that of Bruichladdich Distillery – but again – we are not told! C.S. James and Sons Ltd
