International Beverage crowned ‘Best Employer’ at leading HR Industry Awards
Global premium spirits business International Beverage has been recognised for its positive workplace culture after scooping one of the HR profession’s most prestigious awards.
The company triumphed at the 2025 HR NETWORK National Awards in Glasgow’s Hilton Hotel last Thursday – winning the highly coveted Best Employer / Workplace of the Year accolade.
The HR NETWORK National Awards reward best practice in the Scottish HR profession, through a rigorous process of interviews and site visits by an expert judging panel.
International Beverage was recognised by judges for its mission to create an inclusive workplace where people feel valued as part of a community, and genuinely enjoy coming to work.
Highlights include being an accredited Great Place to Work, building dynamic career growth pathways and investing in wellbeing campaigns around both men and women’s health.
Following the win, the company paid tribute to its people, who it credits with making a positive difference every day to the working lives of all employees.
