Aromas of sun dried raisin, blood orange preserve, maraschino cherry, sandalwood, spiced vetiver, and sea salt evoke a sense of timeless elegance. The palate rolls in like a warm tide, rich with raisin balsamic, blackberry jus, and salted treacle infused with orange and sloe syrup. Bottled at 44.2 percent, it is a contemplative malt marrying sherry opulence with seaside character in its most refined form.
