This single malt is part of Bruichladdich’s Micro-Provenance Series, created to explore the small influences that shape the flavour, from barley type to age and location. Distilled in 2011 from Appaloosa barley and aged for 13 years in a single cask that previously held Pauillac red wine, imparting deep fruity notes and warm spice. Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
