SPRINGBANK 21YO

NOSE Medjool dates and sticky toffee pudding notes initially, followed by rich treacle, stewed plums and a burst of blood orange zest. Delicate peat smoke lingers in the background.

PALATE The peat smoke continues on the palate, along with notes of smoked figs, caramelised brown sugar, cigar box, blackberries and Iberico ham.

FINISH There are notes of banana bread, cinnamon spice and a savoury, earthy note.
