Isle of Tiree Single Grain Scotch Whisky – Rye

Isle of Tiree – Rye is the first of our Single Grain Scotch Whisky series with a mash bill of 75% Rye and 25% Malted Barley. Crafted by mashing in a small oak mash tun and distilled twice in flame-fired traditional copper pot stills, this spirit has been matured over four years in Virgin Oak and ex-Bourbon barrels at the Isle of Tiree Distillery on Tiree’s South-Western shore. Limited to 250 bottles. This release was available exclusively at our Hebridean Whisky Festival Open Day at the Distillery on 9th September and the remaining bottles sold out within 15 minutes when made available to our mailing list the following day.
