The Colour Collection is a range of vibrant whiskies that celebrate the natural hues, flavours, and aromas developed in our exceptional sherry seasoned oak casks. In this Collection, we focus on the city and culture of Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. It is here, in this landscape, that the story of our sherry seasoning begins.
COLOUR COLLECTION 12 YEARS OLD
Colour Collection 12 Years Old exhibits a golden oak hue, with tasting notes of sweet oak, lemon and vanilla.
COLOUR COLLECTION 15 YEARS OLD
Aged in sherry seasoned American oak casks, perfectly complemented by a subtle addition of European oak, giving the whisky a natural beech colour.
COLOUR COLLECTION 18 YEARS OLD
With flavours of sweet oak, honeycomb and clementine, Colour Collection 18 Years Old is a natural auburn colour – the outcome of our new make spirit and exceptional oak casks working harmoniously together over the years.
