Caisteal Chamuis Blended Malt 12 Year Old
Caisteal Chamuis is a powerfully peaty Island blend. Finished in first-fill bourbon barrels, this intensely smoky expression was bottled at 46% abv. A coastal nose on this one, with notes of sea air, black pepper, and hot cross buns. The palate brings out flavours of smoke, sugared almonds, and toasted nuts. The finish is sweet, smoky, and warming.
