KIMCHANGSOO

Kim Chang-soo fell for whisky in the early 2010s, visiting Scottish distilleries to learn the craft. After training at Chichibu in Japan, he founded a distillery in Gimpo in 2021. This is a well-focused peated malt, with notes of barbequed meats, heather and chocolate. This profile is achieved through aging in oloroso, Pedro Ximenez, Bordeaux wine and quarter casks.
