Introducing Strathearn Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Batch No. 02.

To honour Strathearn’s distinctive flavour profile and the time invested in crafting its rich spirit, Batch 02 has been created with the same careful cask selection as its predecessor — ex-Bourbon, Virgin Oak, and ex-Sherry Oak. However, with a greater emphasis on Bourbon cask influence and a reduced proportion of Virgin Oak, this release presents a more rounded Strathearn, enhancing its natural creaminess, freshness, and overall balance.

Anticipate a rich, sweet nose with Sherry influence, orange zest, malted barley, and honey. The full-bodied palate offers dark fruits, spices, toffee, and caramel, while the long, buttery finish lingers with oak, ginger, and toasted nuts.
