This single-grain whisky was distilled in December 1989 at the Girvan Distillery, one of the largest distilleries in Scotland, located in Ayrshire. It was aged for 34 years in a single-refill bourbon barrel. Expect notes of sweet Bosc pears, coconut, grilled pineapple, demerara sugar, grapefruit and oak spice – a true holiday.  Bottled by The Whisky Cellar at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or artificial colouring.
