As part of this exclusive release, the whisky will be first aged in ex-bourbon barrels before being split and finished in Yoshino Sugi Japanese cedar barrels, a process never before attempted in the whisky world for single cask malt whisky. Each cask will be assigned a unique ex-bourbon barrel number and corresponding Yoshino Sugi barrel number, ensuring complete traceability and authenticity.
