Whatever you’re expecting, this isn’t it! Gastronomic Fusion is a peated single grain whisky. But, even if you’re a regular grain whisky drinker, this one is different. First and most importantly, it comes from 100 per cent malted barley distilled in a column still. Secondly, there’s the fact that 40 per cent of this whisky was distilled from peated malt. Last but certainly not least, this whisky was matured entirely in bourbon casks.

In regards to taste, this intriguing whisky offers a decadent foodie mix of aromas and flavours that are hard to resist. But don’t just take our word for it, you know it’s good when someone on the Tasting Panel let’s the word “stonker!” slip while writing their notes.
