From Huelva and Jerez to the Isle of Harris…our new whisky expression – Island Whisky News
Earlier, we were proud to launch the second expression of The Hearach whisky. The Hearach First Fill Oloroso Cask Matured single malt celebrates our casks’ connection to the Andalusian region of southern Spain.
Here, we work closely with the team at Bodega Jose Míguel Martín to source the beautiful Oloroso sherry butts in which we mature our island spirit. As our casks make a long journey from their cooperages in Huelva and wineries in Jerez to the Isle of Harris, they bring with them a sense of this special place.
