Introducing Amber Meadow: The Third Release in our Exclusive Harvest Series

We are thrilled to announce the launch of Amber Meadow, the latest addition to our renowned Harvest Series. This limited-edition single malt whisky is crafted with a careful selection of our finest Moscatel casks, supported by premium ex-Bourbon casks, to create a whisky that embodies the light, fruity, and moreish qualities synonymous with Cotswolds spirit. Subtle peat notes add depth and complexity, enhancing the vibrant fruitiness and creamy vanilla flavours, making it an irresistible pour for whisky enthusiasts.

Tasting Notes 

Nose: Elderflower, meadow hay and apricot jam

Palate: Scorched orange peel, marzipan and toasted coconut

Finish: Soft red fruits with a touch of honey

Amber Meadow beautifully reflects the serene Cotswolds landscape, both in flavour and presentation. The packaging features artwork by acclaimed Cotswolds-based artist Lucy Pratt, whose vibrant illustration captures the rich colours and tranquil essence of the local countryside during the harvest season. Her depiction on the outer tube not only adds a touch of artistic elegance but also celebrates the harmony between nature and craft that defines our distillery.
