TWB Tasting Notes:

Nose: The Glencadam 17 Year Old opens with a luxurious aroma of ripe dark fruits, including blackberries, plums, and cherries. These rich fruit notes are complemented by layers of rich toffee, dark chocolate, and a hint of spice. The Port cask influence adds a velvety sweetness, with subtle hints of red wine and oak enhancing the complexity.

Palate: On the palate, the whisky is rich and full-bodied, offering a sumptuous blend of fruit and spice. The initial burst of dark berries and stewed fruits is followed by flavors of caramel, vanilla, and a gentle spiciness, reminiscent of cinnamon and clove. Equipped two stills Glencadam is one of Scotland’s smaller distilleries.
