 Our delicate spirit ages in a distinctive way.  Over time, bold, bright, fruity notes progressively become more refined and fragrant.  It is a distinctive alchemy which is illustrated perfectly in The 25.

Whilst wood plays a key role in maturation, by the time our whisky gets to 25 years, the evolution of the new make spirit itself starts to have a significant impact on the overall flavour profile, developing fragrance, refinement and an aromatic quality which complements the wood derived flavours.
