The third release of the Evans Family Reserve range is a wonderful Oloroso Finish. The whisky spent 12 months finishing in some fabulous Oloroso barrels and is a very special whisky indeed. So special in fact that this has been one of the fastest selling whiskies that we have released. Visitors to the distillery have been consistently choosing the Oloroso finish as one of their favourites.  The rich sherry notes on the nose are complemented with honey and fruits on the palate. The buttery mouthfeel leaves a long dark chocolate finish.

The nose has notes of roasted peach, strawberry jam and vanilla custard. The palate is rich with honey covered soft fruits and a smooth buttery mouthfeel. The finish is long with dark chocolate and tobacco and hints of toffee.
