This release from Isle of Raasay Distillery is the cask strength edition of their signature single malt. Vatted and bottled at 61.3% ABV, with natural colour and without chill filtration. Honey gold in colour with hints of red wine hues.

Isle of Raasay have introduced their Oak species Maturation Series, that showcases how individual species of oak interact with their single malt spirit during maturation to create complexity, depth, and flavour in abundance. This single malt has been fully matured in Virgin Columbian Oak (Quercus Humboldtii), and bottled at 50.7% ABV, with natural colour and without chill filtration.
