Tasting note:

Nose: Ardray opens with an elegant gentleness which develops into orchard fruits and subtle spices that sit above an understatedly savoury smoke. 

Palate: The theme continues but this time with a mouth-coating, silken texture. More florals come through, along with vanilla custard and more smoke. 

Finish: Long, mellow and pleasantly warming with the smoke whispering on.
