Footprints carved into damp grass, early spring blooms of wildflowers and a refreshing breeze, the first bees of the year humming around you. Imagine all that as a smell, then a taste, then a dram of single malt scotch whisky.

Springtime Dew is our 15 year old Auchriosk, a special dram with an uplifting abundance of green grass, wildflower blossom and honey. Nose: Soft, grassy and floral on first nosing, before warming to reveal dill, coriander and fresh citrus.

Palate: The soft and subtle palate reveals toffee apples, honey, freshly cut grass and late herbal notes.

Finish: The short finish is sweet, syrupy and smooth.
