BOTTLE NOTE:  “Apple segments played dodgeball against chunks of toffee armed with blackcurrants. A cloud of cotton candy lingered overhead, raining down bubblegum, brioche buns and coconut.”

FLAVOUR PROFILE:  Sweet, fruity & mellow

EFFERVESCENT SPARKLE

CASK TYPE:  1st fill ex-bourbon barrel

AGE:  18 years

BOTTLE NOTE:  “A sweet floral aroma permeated the room followed by honey-glazed brioche hot cross buns as we enjoyed a sparkling grape, pear and apple juice.”

FLAVOUR PROFILE:  Spicy & sweet
