Our final American Oak ex-Tawny for many years will be released via ballot on Monday. It is always bittersweet when a cask reaches maturity and leaves our bond store, but it feels especially so in the case of TD0315 given that we don’t know when we will see the next one. We hope you enjoy this single cask just as much as we have relished nurturing it to maturation over the past 14 years.
