Glengoyne 2007 16YO Merchant’s Choice

You may remember the year 2009 (it seems like an eternity ago). Scottish Retailers did a Single Cask Glengoyne well… we’ve done it again! Exclusively selected by Scottish Merchant’s, TyndrumWhisky, Royal Mile Whiskies, The Good Spirits Co, Luvians, Robbies Drams and T B Watson and bottled by Glengoyne Distillery – matured in an exquisite first fill American oak sherry cask. This spirit has been distilled in the slowest stills in Scotland and epitomises the Glengoyne way.

Tasting notes:

Colour: Rich mahogany

Nose: On the nose you’re met with sticky toffee pudding, honeycomb, ripe banana and a hint of spice.

Palate: To taste expect a mouthful of warming spice alongside sweet prunes, dates and a hint of ristretto coffee.
