The final release in The Lakes Winemaker’s series maintains the bold style synonymous with the distillery. Matured in the finest sourced Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez and Red Wine Casks. Non-chill filtered, natural colour, and bottled at 52% ABV.

Tasting notes: 

Aroma: Fragrant sandalwood, almond friands and orchard fruits with a touch of baking spice.

Palate: Rich and creamy with honeyed fruits, currants and a hint of dark chocolate.

Finish: Creamy and fragrant with warming spice and hints of cocoa nibs.
