This month we’ve welcomed two new The Whisky Exchange exclusives including the first Irish pot still whiskey ever to be finished in mezcal casks from Method and Madness and a powerful Bunnahabhain single malt that has spent more than three decades in a single oloroso sherry butt, adding layers of sweet spices, sticky caramel and nutty chocolate.

Other new releases include an elegantly peaty Yoichi single malt from Nikka’s most northerly distillery, limited-edition single malts from New Zealand’s Scapegrace distillery, and a Macallan single malt inspired by the Ethiopian Arabica coffee bean and bursting with notes of tiramisu, espresso, dark chocolate and Brazil nuts.
