You may have seen some posts, watched the teasers, seen the reviews and heard the whispers. Now, we are giving you access as a Cotswolds Distillery Club members to our newest creation, Spanish Oak.

This whisky is a fusion of Spanish Oak Oloroso sherry casks and our signature first-fill wine and bourbon barrels.

From the initial vanilla notes and sweet cooking spices on the nose to the dried apricots, custard, and star anise on the palate. The finish brings a subtle wood tannin and lingering vanilla, leaving an experience to your taste buds.
