From Speyside’s Benromach distillery, a pair of 10 year old 2012 vintages matured in contrasting oak casks. One matured in air dried oak and the other in kiln dried oak. Remarkably different flavour profiles for otherwise identical whiskies. Ideal for a side-by-side whisky tasting.
