Matured in an ex-Islay rum barrel from a secret Islay distillery famous for its handbags and heavily peated whiskies.

We simply could not pass on the opportunity to support our local distillery the historic Lindores Abbey in the Kingdom of Fife which makes this remarkable highly unusual rum barrel even more special. Filled on 25th April 2019 this cask has yielded 247 bottles at cask strength 59.1%. Expect a maritime sea breeze, big smoky earth peat and even more maritime notes from the inland distillery.
