DUALITY NOW AVAILABLE

The wonderful people at Bimber Distillery have been making exceptional single malts since 2016. Working with Matt McKay from Bimber, we have created a whisky built around a ‘teaspooned’ Islay Blended Malt, enriched by the inclusion of Bimber London Single Malt aged in Pedro Ximenez casks.

We have named it Duality on account of the delicious dance it embodies; between peat and sherry, Scotland and England, young and old.

Bimber are also launching their take on peat and sherry under the same name. A duo of dualities for whisky lovers to share and enjoy.
