We are excited to have partnered with Berry Bros. Rudd on our latest Aberdeen Whisky Shop Exclusive. Amongst the numerous distilleries in Speyside, Glen Elgin distillery quietly ambles along within the pines and flitting house martins confidently producing a rich, fruity spirit. This particular cask began life in an ex-bourbon barrel before ending its journey in a fresh oloroso butt for three years. Bright red fruit and gingerbread spices let you know it has spent some time in sherry. Fresh white peaches, dried apricots and lashings of honey and cream on the finish remind us of its quiet but generous home.
