This week we’ve welcomed a trio of Islay single malts from Kilchoman distillery, including the limited-edition ‘639’ Pedro Ximénez release bottled in collaboration with Land Rover – created by Kilchoman co-founder Kathy Wills’ grandfather Spencer Wilks – for the launch of the Classic Defender Works V8 Islay Edition. A desirable dram for car and whisky enthusiasts or fans of peat and sweet sherry with only 639 bottles available worldwide.

Other new and trending whiskies include the 2023 release of Midleton Very Rare, made with single pot still and grain whiskies from Midleton’s exclusive inventory, Douglas Laing’s Big Peat The Smokehouse bottled for Fèis Ìle 2023, and the new release of Macallan Rare Cask, matured in unique sherry casks for layers of intense sweetness and rich dried fruit.
