As our Flavour Hunter Festival winds down for another year, we’re turning up the PEAT with two new single cask releases in celebration of the Islay whisky festival starting this weekend. Taste and explore two very different but equally entertaining peaty characters.

Cask No. 53.446 Blowtorched Mexican mousse sits in our Peated flavour profile with scorched spices, roasted figs and plums served with crunchy chocolate granola. Whereas Cask No. 10.242 Beware the hypersonic mackerel is more Heavily Peated with tar, black pepper, burning fir wood, chilli sauce and smoked honey. Both brilliant bottlings not to be missed.
